What are your shipping rates?

We offer free shipping on all orders within the US.

Do you offer international shipping?

We currently do not offer international shipping.

How long does it take to process and ship orders?

Orders can take up to 1.4 business days to process and ship. Shipping time is 2 - 5 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

We may be able to update your shipping address depending on the order status. Contact us directly to reference your order status.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, select the items you wish to purchase, add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can choose the best payment method for you

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, etc.) as well as Google Pay, Apple Pay, PayPal.

What is your return policy?

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

How long does it take to process refunds?

Refund processing time varies per payment method. The standard processing time is 7 - 14 business days.

I didn't receive a confirmation email after placing my order. What should I do?

Reach out to us immediately so that we can confirm your order has been placed. A confirmation email will be resent with order information.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?

You may be able to modify your order depending on its status. If an order has been shipped or is pending payment, it may not be modifiable.

My order arrived damaged. What is your policy for damaged items?
